As each shelf is made by hand, we'll begin crafting your order as soon as it's placed. Production times may vary depending on demand, but any estimated lead times will be shown on the product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation along with any available tracking information.

UK Delivery

We offer FREE standard delivery throughout the UK on all orders.

Your shelf will be securely packaged to help protect it during transit. We work hard to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
